Nasischa Anderson-Malone

Managing Attorney

Nasischa Malone is originally from Sacramento, California and has been a practicing probate and estate planning attorney for 24 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Prairie View A&M University in 1998. She graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2001 as the salutatorian of her class, delivering the commencement speech. She became licensed with the State Bar of Texas in November of 2001 and the State Bar of California  in 2003.

Nasischa began her practice at the law firm of Thompson & Knight, LLP with approximately 100 lawyers.  She was the first black female attorney to be hired in the Houston, Texas office.  She worked for Thompson & Knight in the probate and estate planning section for 3 years then started her own practice in 2004.  She is the sole owner of her law firm Anderson Law Group, PLLC located in Sugar Land, Texas and has owned and operated her practice since 2004.

Nasischa has represented clients in matters involving small estates to multimillion dollar estates and has extensive experience in probate litigation, administration and estate planning.

Nasischa serves as a board member of The Thurgood Marshall School of Law Alumni Board in addition to serving as the Board President of a 501c3 nonprofit-Dance To Create, Inc. She is a wife and mother of 4 daughters-3 in college and a 9 year old.  

Nasischa remains committed to impacting her community by educating others on the importance of estate planning and ensuring the stability of families.
