• Determining the type of entity, forming ent with state, preparing basic operating agreement and preparing basic independent contract agreement, basic guidelines for protecting business (business insurance, taxes and financial)

• Quarterly business consultations providing guidance on legal protection for your business and addressing any issues

• Contract Review

• Estate Planning for owners/spouses and dependents

• Business injury consults (if a customer gets hurt on premises)

• Reduced hourly rates for any non-litigation matter outside of plan, i.e. negotiations, contract drafting, settlement agreements, other consultations ($99/hr [regular rate $200-$350/hr])

• Referral to attorneys for matters outside of our practice areas. We will consult with attorney first to make sure they are a good fit before referring.
